Shipping and returns
Accra and Tema: same day rider delivery, GH₵ 30, free above GH₵ 1,000. Across Ghana: 2 to 4 working days. Worldwide: 5 to 14 working days, quoted before you pay.
Wigs and hair are hygiene items. Unworn units with the lace uncut can be exchanged within 7 days. Custom colored or cut units are made for you and cannot be returned, but if we made an error we will fix it free.
Appointments
A GH₵ 50 deposit books your seat and counts toward your service. Reschedule free up to 24 hours before. Under 24 hours, the deposit carries once. No shows lose the deposit.
Please arrive with your hair washed or book a wash. Fifteen minutes late is fine, thirty minutes may mean rebooking, out of respect for the next client in the chair.
Privacy
We keep only what we need: your name, number and appointment history. We never sell your details, and we only post your photos with your clear yes.
