Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, gold, indices, synthetic indices and cryptocurrency on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you. Leverage works against you as well as for you: a small move in the market can lose you all of the money in your account, and with some brokers more than you deposited.

  • Everything Kiraforex Trading Academy publishes, including setups in the Trading Room, is education about how Lamidi Sikira reads the market and manages her own trades. It is not personal financial advice.
  • Past results, including results Kira shares on social media, do not guarantee future results. Shared results are self-reported unless stated otherwise.
  • Never trade money you need for rent, school fees or food. Never borrow to trade.
  • The Academy does not manage accounts, take deposits for trading, or ask you to send money to anyone to trade on your behalf. Report anyone who claims otherwise.
  • Use a broker regulated where you live. Check its licence on the regulator’s own website.

Terms of use

By joining the Trading Room, buying a course or booking a bootcamp you agree to use the material for your own learning. Course videos, workbooks and setups may not be resold, recorded or shared outside the members’ area. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We may remove a member who shares paid content or harasses other members, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Refunds

  • Trading Room: cancel any time before your next renewal and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, except within 48 hours of your first payment.
  • Courses: a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than a fifth of the lessons.
  • Bootcamps: a full refund up to 21 days before the first day; after that the seat can be moved to another city once, free of charge.
  • Mentorship: a full refund before the first session; after it, unused weeks are refunded pro rata.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to run your membership: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country and what you bought. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store card numbers. We do not sell your data. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by writing to the desk. Kiraforex Trading Academy will register as a data controller with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission before launch.
